This Rolex Explorer II 16570 is in original unpolished condition. The serial number dated it to 1999 and it is an original complete set all papers and box. The reference 16570 was produced with a black or white dial, with the white being more desirable to most collectors. The red hand coordinates with the fixed 24-hour bezel, that can be used as a GMT function for another time zone, but was designed so the user could distinguish whether it was day or night, with the 24 hour markers.
